The Board meets once a month, generally on the third Thursday of each month at 4:30 PM in the District’s offices located in Countryside. Board meetings are open to the public.
The South Lyons Township Sanitary District has been able to consistently maintain low sewer service fees by operating and maintaining its infrastructure in an efficient and cost-effective manner while delivering exceptional levels of service. The District has about 20 miles of sewer lines, 1,600 manholes, and 2 lift stations. We service approximately 1221 Residential, 40 Industrial, and 214 Commercial properties.
